SCP is an active developer and manager of real estate. Through our direct property investments and our ownership in the fund, Malling Core Value Add II, the portfolio consists of a variety of properties that include retail, office, logistics, and residential real estate, all located in Greater Oslo and the Drammen area. SCP has taken a long-term perspective and has gained extensive experience as a preferred partner and property owner.
